Rich Minds Consultant is an independent consultancy operating under Rich Minds Wealth Management (M) Sdn. Bhd. With over 10 years of experience in consultancy and financial management, we are officially registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF).

We provide consultation and documentation management services to help business owners, property developers, contractors and suppliers understand and navigate the relevant licensing application processes. Our services are particularly helpful for clients who have limited time or encounter difficulties when applying for a licence.

Our services include managing applications for KPKT licences involving Advertising Permits and Developer’s Licences (APDL), Moneylending Licences and Pawnbroking Licences, as well as CIDB Contractor Licences and MOF Licences.
